  • Manage scheduling and production of daily, weekly, and monthly advertising, social media, and client events
  • Support agents in the customization and use of available materials and programs. Maintain a familiarity with company and brand intranet content updates and guide agents to appropriate resources.

The role of the Client Care Specialist is to help our team service our clients with seamless, top notch customer service from contract to close allowing our sales staff to focus on what they do best: convert leads into clients & negotiate successful deals resulting in increased commission! Attention to detail, a systematic approach, creative problem solving, exemplary customer service and communication skills are necessary to assist the team's efforts in servicing our clients. The main priority of this position is taking care of the numerous details and checklist items that arise from the time a purchase agreement is accepted until successful closing.   Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Read and process all contracts
  • Maintain client files
  • Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close.
  • Prepare addendums and coordinate signing
  • Keep sales team updated regarding their files
  • Communicate with Keller Williams front desk & market center administrator regarding our files
  • Responsible for keeping the team updated on the progress of all contracts and advising team members when they need to be involved in negotiations or problem resolution
  • Build rapport with cooperating agent and/or their assistant
