Originally known as Nashborough, Nashville was founded in 1779. Over the years, it has become quite the popular place. What makes this great city so appealing? A leisurely southern pace, live music and diverse dining scene are among the many things that make Nashville so grand. Nashville has the downtown honky tonks and country music, but if that’s not your scene, we also have several art museums including The Frist, The Parthenon and Cheekwood.
